Responsibilities

• Design and drive the technical architecture and roadmap for the Apple Store Online.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product managers, marketing, merchandising, and engineering.
• Challenge existing assumptions and bring flexibility to business teams.
• Inform architecture choices based on experience with complex, scalable systems.
• Drive projects to implement upgrades to tools and processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years in Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, and/or Engineering Management.
• Experience designing and building complex, large scale, multi-tenant systems.
• Expertise in developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency with new technologies like AI and Deep Learning in digital commerce.
• Familiarity with 3rd Party e-commerce marketplace integrations.
• Experience working with publishing, merchandising, and other key e-commerce systems.
