About the position

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at GAF, you will be instrumental in architecting, designing, and developing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create scalable solutions that deliver business value while adhering to architectural principles and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solutions and design specifications.
• Craft comprehensive solution architectures that meet business requirements and optimize performance.
• Lead Salesforce developers in the delivery of custom solutions following GAF's standard SDLC process.
• Evaluate and select technology solutions, assessing various options and identifying the most appropriate solutions for specific business needs.
• Oversee the implementation of designed solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project success.
• Monitor and optimize solution performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resource utilization.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement by proposing new technologies and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture with hands-on experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience providing technical solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services using Front end stack and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on experience with APEX, Lightning, Salesforce App exchange products, CRMA, Einstein Analytics, API models, Tableau, and data distribution strategies.
• Advanced integration experience with industry-standard Salesforce integration products.
• Good knowledge of analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence platforms.
• Understanding of cloud computing and data integration in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Strong experience with GCP or Azure services offerings.
• Professional Salesforce certifications or similar are advantageous.
