The Solutions Architect for Supply Chain Planning will play a pivotal role in supporting business transformation initiatives within the PS Planning organization. This position involves direct collaboration with project team members in the Supply Chain Transformation organization and various business stakeholders to ensure alignment with key business processes and the technology roadmap. The Solutions Architect is responsible for independently developing project strategies and analytical approaches, interpreting benchmarking and statistical data to create new processes and tools aimed at achieving supply chain objectives. This role will lead large cross-functional project teams while owning complex strategic supply chain projects, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently. In this capacity, the Solutions Architect will lead the development of supply chain strategies within the planning organization, consulting with business executives on high-level supply chain issues. The role requires collaboration with key stakeholders to optimize solutions and leverage industry expertise to generate innovative ideas. The Solutions Architect will contribute to the development of new frameworks and tools that enhance supply chain projects, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and responsive to market demands. The position demands a high level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, as the Solutions Architect will be tasked with structuring analytical approaches and developing project strategies that apply advanced supply chain and industry knowledge. This includes conducting investigations, preparing business cases, and performing financial analyses for various supply chain projects and programs. The Solutions Architect will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding large, cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals, while acting as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall supply chain strategies and long-term organizational goals.
