About the position

As an AWS Solutions Architect for the Technical Content Experience (TCX) Team, you will play a crucial role in creating digital experiences that guide AWS customers in making informed technology choices. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and optimize content that supports a diverse audience, including developers and IT professionals, ensuring they have the necessary information to effectively adopt AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Use data and customer feedback to drive insight into recommendations for content topics, features, and functions.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction to identify issues or problems.
• Guide AWS subject matter experts in developing prioritized content that helps customers understand AWS requirements.
• Collaborate closely with content strategists, technical writers, and UX designers to identify and fill content gaps.
• Drive creative and critical thinking to deliver projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming Legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
