About the position

The Solutions Architect at ECI Software Solutions is a senior-level implementation consultant responsible for leading the implementation of Deacom ERP software and related systems. This role involves mentoring the implementation team, documenting business requirements, and ensuring effective communication between various teams to meet customer needs. The position requires a hands-on professional with extensive experience in ERP systems and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement Deacom ERP software and ancillary systems, providing mentorship and leadership to the implementation team.
• Document business requirements for customer-requested system enhancements and communicate these to Product Design.
• Drive continuous improvement in the scoping and discovery process to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured.
• Act as a liaison between Sales and Aftermarket Sales teams and Services, gathering requirements and scoping Professional Services efforts.
• Conduct internal training sessions on Deacom software and ancillary systems.
• Travel on-site to support implementation and consulting efforts with customers.

Requirements

• Advanced degree, certification, or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with ERP or supply chain-related commercial software products.
• Experience with ERP solutions including Accounting, Order Processing, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and MRP processes required.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, client-server applications, and web technologies.
• Outstanding time management, problem-solving, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
