About the position

The Solutions Architect is responsible for creating the overall technical vision for a specific business solution, focusing on designing a user interface that integrates inputs from various databases into a single database. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the design of software solutions, including application components and data architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and technical requirements.
• Design data models and employ techniques for data extraction, mining, and predictive analytics.
• Validate IT solutions against business requirements and assumptions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Support the planning, budgeting, and design processes, while contributing to IT solution alignment with business processes.
• Coordinate unit and integration testing, document new IT architectures, and maintain existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security guidelines and best practices.
• Provide functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers, integrating resources in a project-driven environment.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant domain with deep professional expertise.
• Experience in software design, data architecture, and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in integrating IT solutions with business processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in data stewardship, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
• Knowledge of IT security practices and integration.
