As a Solutions Architect at Renaissance, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and educational needs. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customers' technical requirements and educational objectives, developing a tailored technical sales strategy that aligns with Renaissance's mission to enhance student growth. This position requires a unique blend of educational insight and technical expertise, as you will be working closely with sales account executives to secure new customers and expand relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive sales support, which includes conducting documented discovery sessions, validating solutions, and providing both standard and customized product demonstrations. You will also be responsible for creating proof of concept/value documents and taking necessary actions to advance and close sales opportunities. Your ability to conceptualize and propose integration models with other customer vendors, such as student information systems (SIS) or curriculum providers, will be crucial in meeting customer needs. Additionally, you will explore and define customer requirements for sophisticated data analysis and reporting, documenting these requirements to propose effective solutions. You will work closely with post-sales teams to ensure a seamless transition and successful implementation of solutions. Staying updated on competitor features, product content, and Go-To-Market strategies will be essential for your success in this role. This position requires significant travel, estimated at 50% or more, including some weekends, and candidates must reside within one hour of a regional airport to facilitate this travel.
