As a Solutions Architect & Implementation Manager at Payoneer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering businesses to transcend borders and limitations through our innovative digital payments platform. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the key project and client-facing representative, ensuring the successful structuring and implementation of comprehensive and compliant technical solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will conduct thorough discovery sessions to gather and map business requirements alongside technical capabilities, ultimately constructing a holistic design of the payment solution and its practical implementation for both new and existing clients. In this dynamic role, you will evaluate complex requirements encompassing business, technical, security, reporting, and legal/regulatory aspects. You will assess feasibility and distill these into functional requirements through a collaborative process with both partner and internal teams. Thorough documentation will be essential, as you will draft Business Requirement and Solution Design documents (BRD/SDD), create custom design flowcharts, and maintain a comprehensive solution/project knowledge base. Your expertise will also be leveraged to optimize existing processes, driving productivity and maximizing efficiencies. As a trusted advisor and technical expert, you will engage in pre-sales meetings and support the implementation of solutions for both external and internal Proofs of Concept (POCs). Additionally, you will strategize new high-potential markets, use cases, and verticals to support the company's growth, participating in business reviews such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), both virtually and in-person as needed.
