About the position

The Solutions Architect at Coegi plays a vital role in providing technical support for campaign strategy, media operations, and campaign measurement for clients. This position is essential for ensuring the success of client accounts through onboarding, execution, and reporting processes. The Solutions Architect will work closely with account teams to understand client needs and translate those into operational solutions, ensuring that all necessary tagging and measurement plans are executed effectively to meet marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain systems for campaign activation, pacing, and ongoing performance of client media across all buying platforms.
  • Be the technical subject matter expert in deploying media tags, platform pixels, and ad trafficking.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their specific analytics needs and develop customized solutions to address those needs.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues with Account Team Members.
  • Support department heads with developing best practices and communicate SOPs as needed to ensure they are followed.
  • Actively lead training sessions on technical topics such as productivity software (i.e. Excel and Tableau), new ad technologies, or data partners and proprietary systems developed by the Data & Technology Department.
  • Work alongside sales and new business teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of measurement and targeting requirements.
  • Contribute to the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers, and case studies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of industry experience; Sr. level requires at least 3 years of experience with an ad technology company, analytics company/team, or digital agency.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Significant experience in implementing tracking tags for digital media campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic platform capabilities and limitations.
  • Detailed understanding of writing basic code such as JavaScript and HTML including conditional logic, variables, and similar concepts.
  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience with Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments as needed to gain alignment on operational improvements and service levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools beyond Tableau.
