The position available is focused on supporting business process design workshops and performing impact and system analysis based on business requirements. The successful candidate will lead a sub-team of designers and specification writers to ensure effective implementation of projects. This role also involves supporting the development of test architectures and technology validation strategies, which are crucial for the successful deployment of IT solutions. Collaboration is key in this position, as the individual will need to develop and nurture consensus and working relationships with technical teams from other IT divisions to ensure coordination and integration in IT projects and programs. In addition to the above responsibilities, the candidate will collaborate with other technical teams to exchange and transfer technical knowledge. This includes the development and evolution of architecture standards, guidelines, reference architecture, and the IT Technology Roadmap. The role also requires participation in sales demonstrations and assisting in creating custom demonstrations tailored to client needs. A significant aspect of this position is leading the transition from sales to service for the technical aspects, ensuring a smooth handover and continued support for clients. The candidate will also be expected to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may vary based on the needs of the organization and the projects at hand.
