As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from a diverse range of customers, including small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level clients. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, as you will engage with customers to understand their unique business drivers, assess their application portfolios, and design reliable and cost-effective cloud-native architectures. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with various AWS teams to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. In this technical role, you will need to be broadly competent across multiple technology domains, including infrastructure, security, DevOps, databases, application development, and analytics, while also possessing deep expertise in at least two to three of these areas. A critical aspect of your role will be to connect technology with measurable business value, ensuring that customers can successfully leverage AWS to meet their objectives. You will spend a significant portion of your day interacting with various customer stakeholders, including developers, engineers, directors, and CxOs, to facilitate their journey to the cloud. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing a sales strategy in partnership with the sales team to exceed revenue objectives through AWS adoption. You will also be responsible for educating customers on the value proposition of AWS, participating in architectural discussions, and conducting training sessions to share knowledge with customers considering or already using AWS. Additionally, you will capture and share best practices within the AWS Solutions Architect community and contribute to customer-facing publications such as white papers. As a technical liaison, you will bridge the gap between customers, service teams, and support, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.
