About the position

As a Solutions Architect at GDIT, you will deliver tailored solutions to complex problems, focusing on the unique requirements of clients. This role emphasizes application development and enhancing the end-user experience while supporting capture and proposal efforts for new contracts. You will work closely with CTO leadership and participate in multiple proposal and pursuit teams, utilizing a collaborative approach to develop technical solutions. The position also allows for skill growth in AI/ML, Data Science, and Data Engineering, with opportunities for internal mobility within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support capture and proposal efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts.
• Develop technical solutions for capture strategy and proposal responses.
• Author proposal documents and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Assist on programs and support GDIT IRAD projects.
• Grow skills towards GDIT acquisition approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience (Master's Degree substitutes for 4 years).
• Required technical skills in Software Development, Data Science, and Data Engineering.
• Knowledge of IC processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and research abilities.
