About the position
As a Solutions Consultant in the Search Ecosystem at Google, you will play a crucial role in integrating and managing partnerships with some of Google's largest partners and platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes, providing operational expertise, and influencing product strategy to optimize partner experiences. This position requires a balance of technical skills and customer-facing experience to ensure that Google's products meet the needs of users and partners alike.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to onboard new partners and improve the overall onboarding process.
- Provide operational expertise to scale partner support and develop partner-facing content such as videos and documentation.
- Manage strategic partners' product integration and provide education and troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize new tools and product features to enhance partner processes.
- Define, establish, measure, and report on metrics to analyze partner experience and internal efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management and a customer-facing role.
- Experience with web technologies and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience managing vendor operations and training.
- Knowledge of XML, HTTP protocols, and databases like SQL and BigQuery.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with external partners/customers as a technical advisor or consultant.
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities.
