About the position

The Solutions Enablement Manager at Lenovo plays a critical role in driving and selling solutions beyond core PC offerings to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. This position is responsible for ensuring that sales teams have the necessary resources and technology to effectively engage with customers. The role involves collaborating with various teams to create scalable processes that increase productivity and efficiency, while also defining and monitoring sales processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an expanded infrastructure solution sales process that facilitates collaboration with cross-functional GTM teams and alliance partners.
  • Develop and drive a sales enablement strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of internal methodologies for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales/GTM, product marketing, L&D, operations, and digital transformation.
  • Influence the design of sales content, training, platforms, and tools to support the sales process.
  • Enable all members of revenue-generating teams around a collaborative sales process.
  • Work with regional sales teams to localize sales process enablement programs.
  • Measure and assess the impact and effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision making.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy, sales enablement, business development, or program management in large, multi-national tech organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $130,000 - $170,000.
  • Consideration for bonuses and/or commissions.
