About the position

The Solutions Engineer for Data Collaboration at Roku will play a crucial role in supporting the company's video and display advertising products. This position focuses on working with the Roku Clean Room project, ensuring user privacy while enabling business growth through effective data collaboration and integration. The role involves extensive interaction with various stakeholders in the ad tech and data ecosystem, contributing to Roku's data strategy and enhancing the partner journey from contract execution to commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise partners using privacy-enforcing data infrastructure that powers the streaming experience for millions of people
• Interface extensively with all parts of the ad tech & data ecosystem (advertisers, agencies, content publishers, etc.)
• Own the partner journey from contract execution and clean room implementation to commercial success
• Contribute to the success of Roku's data strategy
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams across Roku

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise support role
• Familiarity with data processing + analysis languages and tools, e.g. SQL
• Familiar with scripting languages (bash, python, etc.) and command line usage
• Ability to quickly debug client issues in a fast-moving space, with the product under active development
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex ambiguous problems independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/analytical discipline

Nice-to-haves
