About the position

The Solutions Engineer at Corva plays a crucial role in guiding customers through the successful implementation and adoption of Corva's innovative energy solutions. This position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, understanding their unique challenges, and providing ongoing support to maximize the value derived from Corva's products and services. The Solutions Engineer collaborates closely with various teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Development, to facilitate a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with the services they receive and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and translate their requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Onboard new businesses and support existing ones, coaching them on how to best utilize Corva to optimize operations.
  • Develop and maintain timelines and project documentation for onboarding phases.
  • Capture notes and feedback from critical meetings, discussions, and Intercom conversations.
  • Communicate issues proactively to appropriate parties in Operations, Engineering, Sales, or Development.
  • Facilitate training workshops with the Engineering team.
  • Contribute customer success assets including case studies, app manuals, or training material.
  • Use analytics to understand how Corva customers are using the platform and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
  • Track and solve all problems that the customer is having with the software.
  • Gauge customer health and success by tracking platform usage, NPS, and NSAT ratings.

Requirements
