About the position

As a Solutions Engineer III at Capital Group, you will collaborate with various application teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and testing partners to define and enable new products such as ETFs, SMAs, and Blended Target Date Fund-of-Funds. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships across the enterprise to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple application teams to define and enable new products.
• Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Coordinate across ITG to support the execution of product launches.
• Collaborate with global business and technology teams, architecture, EDO, and external vendors.
• Propose technology solutions to enhance system quality and reduce time to value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in product delivery, including preparation of product roadmaps.
• Proficient at building relationships and networking with a wide group of stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively coordinate across ITG for product launch execution.
• Proficient in data analysis and understanding data flows across front office, back office, and client groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
