About the position

As a Solutions Engineer at Capital Group, you will be instrumental in enabling and supporting technology solutions for the Accounts Payable team within Global Finance. Your role will focus on improving efficiencies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will leverage your expertise and thought leadership to stay updated on industry trends and influence business partners effectively.

Responsibilities

• Enable and support technology solutions for the Accounts Payable team.
• Improve efficiencies and build on standards of continuous improvement.
• Provide expertise and thought leadership in Accounts Payable technologies.
• Stay abreast of industry and technology trends.
• Influence business partners effectively.
• Deliver solutions through SDLC activities including requirements elicitation, systems configuration, and test documentation/execution.
• Maintain technology solutions and applications.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions with a focus on business insights, analytics, and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of solution engineering and business system analysis experience.
• Fluency in Accounts Payable technologies including SAP, Ariba, and Concur (Invoice and Expense modules).
• Deep functional and industry knowledge in accounts payable areas.
• Experience in solution delivery through SDLC activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
