About the position

The Solution Engineer is primarily responsible for developing low code solutions on the OutSystems platform, which includes initial development, validation, and ongoing maintenance of applications. This role is crucial in ensuring that the team meets and exceeds expectations for application delivery by adhering to established priorities. The Solution Engineer will collaborate directly with line of business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions using various technologies, particularly focusing on Low Code (OutSystems) and Integration Technologies. In this position, the Solution Engineer will be tasked with developing, configuring, testing, and implementing processes that meet defined requirements while ensuring high-quality builds are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves providing support, conducting root cause analysis, and debugging specific automation tools to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA). Effective communication is essential, as the Solution Engineer will interact with a diverse range of audiences, including technology and business leaders, and will be responsible for managing the automation portfolio and conducting process mining. Additionally, the Solution Engineer must ensure compliance with the Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, guidelines, leading practices, security protocols, and risk management strategies. Continuous improvement is a key aspect of this role, as the Solution Engineer will be expected to contribute to the enhancement of processes and practices within the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop low code solutions on the OutSystems platform including initial development, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with line of business partners to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet defined requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.

Requirements
