About the position

ServiceTitan is seeking a talented Pro Products Solutions Engineer, also known as an Adoption Solutions Engineer, to join our Sales team. This role is crucial in demonstrating the value of our software to potential customers and ensuring existing customers adopt new features effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales skills, technical software expertise, and a deep understanding of our customers' business processes. The successful candidate will be able to distill complex information into simple, practical business contexts, presenting solutions in an empathetic and articulate manner. This position is based in Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, or can be performed remotely. In this role, you will partner with the Pro Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations tailored to the business processes and workflows of existing customers. You will analyze customer compatibility with recommended products and features, providing objective feedback to Account Managers. Additionally, you will support up-selling opportunities to current customers, driving increased recurring revenue. You will be responsible for addressing customer objections by offering creative workflow solutions based on your deep knowledge of ServiceTitan's software and its competitive advantages. Clear documentation and a structured approach for delivery to the implementation team will also be part of your responsibilities. You will maintain and update industry-specific scripts for internal use during demonstrations and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights and being the subject matter expert on product updates and releases will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Pro Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based on business processes and workflows of existing customers.
  • Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Managers regarding customer compatibility with recommended products and features.
  • Support up-selling opportunities to current customers on additional ServiceTitan products to drive increased recurring revenue.
  • Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based on deep knowledge of ServiceTitan's software and competitive advantages.
  • Create clear documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team.
  • Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for the internal team to use during demos.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights.
  • Be the subject matter expert on any product updates and/or releases to address potential implications for business owners.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering.
  • Experience in Marketing, Scheduling, and/or Dispatching is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company.
  • Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people.
  • A desire to constantly learn and apply these learnings into your day-to-day.
