About the position

The Solutions Engineer - Product/SaaS role at Insight Global involves acting as a liaison between Enterprise customers and Cloud Engineers. The primary focus is to onboard new customers, ensuring they can effectively install, manage, and monitor the company's platform. This position requires collaboration with customers to customize deployment scripts according to their specific infrastructure needs, ultimately delivering a scalable product.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in designing and implementing performant, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Build a standard company platform while customizing deployment scripts for specific customer requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, configurations, procedures, and customer interactions.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with cloud architecture, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, data pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in message queues and event-driven architectures such as Kafka or Google Pub/Sub.
• Experience with managed services and storage in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization in production environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, or Python.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
