The Solutions Engineer, Sales Support at Harris Local Government plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and client needs. In addition to delivering presentations, the Solutions Engineer will be responsible for managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process. This involves collaborating cross-functionally to complete all sections of client RFPs and RFIs, ensuring that all responses are comprehensive and tailored to the client's requirements. The role also requires a partnership with the Product Development and User Interface Design Teams to maintain and enhance the company's sales demo instances, keeping them up-to-date with the latest product releases and ensuring they present the best possible image to potential clients. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with Product Management to translate marketplace requirements into actionable product enhancements.
