About the position

The Solutions Engineer role at Belcan involves managing enterprise environments with a focus on Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. The position requires expertise in identity and access management, particularly in configuring and managing B2B and B2C solutions. The engineer will also be responsible for developing presentations and demonstrations to promote solutions, while working independently to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise environments using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Oversee B2B and B2C Azure Active Directory solutions for digital identity and access management.
• Manage multiple Active Directory instances with various Entra Tenants.
• Configure synchronization of identities from on-premise directories to Azure AD.
• Set up applications for single sign-on (SSO) using SAML or Open ID Connect.
• Configure access to applications via groups defined in Azure AD.
• Implement Azure AD self-service features as required.
• Provide best practices related to Azure Active Directory.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities in a multi-server environment.
• Develop presentations and content for meetings and webinars.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Active Directory.
• 4 years of experience in Azure AD/Entra administration.
• 4 years of experience with Azure AD SSO/MFA.
• 3 years of PowerShell scripting experience.
• 3 years of experience with DNS (preferred).
• 3 years of experience with Office 365 (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AWS is preferable.
