About the position

The Solutions Engineer at Logitech plays a crucial role in driving growth through the Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Solutions Integration (SI) channel community. This position involves collaborating with various teams to align advanced technology solutions with business impacts, empowering partners with knowledge and expertise on Logitech's offerings, and facilitating partner engagement through workshops and events. The role requires conveying complex solutions to both technical and senior management audiences, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of secure and reliable solutions tailored to diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Equip channel partners with deep, actionable knowledge of video collaboration solutions through training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to assess end-user needs and co-create customized video collaboration solutions.
  • Partner with channel teams in the pre-sales phase to address technical questions and provide insights needed to convert interest into sales.
  • Provide partners with robust enablement resources, including competitive analyses and sales collateral, to help them position and sell solutions confidently.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners while nurturing relationships with existing ones to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between partners and product teams, translating customer insights into actionable feedback.
  • Guide partners in aligning with industry standards and trends to ensure compliance and leverage innovation.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in AV and integration technologies, including video collaboration hardware and software.
  • Advanced AV integration and IT networking skills, with experience in IT networks and cloud services.
  • Extensive experience in Sales Engineering, AV, or IT roles, creating scalable solutions that support customer value propositions.
  • Proven success in cross-functional roles, building strong relationships with internal teams and enterprise customers.
  • Recognized certifications in networking, video technologies, or related fields are highly valued.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with sales methodologies, technical sales, and partner management is advantageous.
