About the position

The Solutions Engineer at Notable plays a critical role in driving market growth by aligning innovative healthcare technology solutions with the needs of healthcare providers, payors, and enterprises. This position focuses on transforming complex problems into AI-driven solutions that enhance patient care and contribute to the company's growth and success. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to understand customer needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and support new business deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical sales deliverables by mastering the competitive landscape and highlighting product differentiation.
  • Provide front-end sales support by creating and presenting customized product demonstrations to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful, tailored demonstrations at client sites, showcasing product value and addressing specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to develop demo environments, scripts, and technical documentation that highlight product strengths.
  • Support the sales process by effectively communicating product value throughout the sales cycle with internal team members and customers.
  • Contribute to solution marketing efforts by creating new materials for new solutions.
  • Address initial product inquiries and articulate product-related issues for resolution with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Support new and ongoing Proof of Concepts/Pilots to showcase product capabilities and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering experience in a SaaS/PaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including experience with key healthcare IT systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner)
  • Exceptional demo skills with a proven track record of delivering impactful product demonstrations to executive-level audiences
  • Strong ability to connect customer business problems with software solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
