About the position

As a Solutions Engineer at Millennium, you will play a pivotal role in the telecommunications sector, working with advanced technology to address complex challenges. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can lead technical discussions, manage project timelines, and contribute to strategic technology implementations while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and craft tailored solutions.
• Leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, and optimize network performance.
• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Contribute to the development of long-term strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 1-5+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• A passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
