About the position

As a Solution Engineer at Bland.ai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of enterprise customers as they implement AI phone agents. This hands-on, customer-facing position involves onboarding clients, assisting with integrations, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with various teams and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise customers, assisting with initial prompting, integrations, and set-up.
• Conduct weekly check-in calls with project leaders and workshops with engineers.
• Collaborate closely with customer success and sales teams to understand customer needs.
• Build conversational pathways for customers and provide support during customer calls.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in customer success, sales engineering, software engineering, or a similar position.
• Experience with AI/ML applications and comfort with prompt engineering.
• A minimum of 1+ years in a customer-facing engineering role, ideally in enterprise settings.
• Strong focus on ensuring customer success and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on a small team.
• Comfortable working full-stack, from building React components to developing APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Willingness to work outside typical 9-5 hours.
