About the position

The Solutions Engineer at Conduit will work closely with the engineering and go-to-market (GTM) teams to support customers and maintain the rollup stack offerings. This role focuses on providing a high-touch onboarding experience for customers and addressing technical issues as they arise. The position requires a deep technical understanding and the ability to create proof-of-concepts to validate new approaches, ensuring that customers feel secure and supported throughout their journey with Conduit.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in onboarding to Conduit and ensure a white-glove experience.
• Act as the first line of defense for technical issues that require debugging.
• Collaborate with the engineering and GTM teams to maintain rollup stack offerings and customizations.
• Create proof-of-concepts to validate new approaches and solutions.
• Contribute to defining Conduit's product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong background in technical services, technical support, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Experience working with highly technical products and customers, especially in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to read and write small bits of code in multiple programming languages.
• Deep curiosity and eagerness to understand technical challenges and solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Kubernetes, Postgres, and Cloud Tasks on GCP.
• Familiarity with React, Javascript/Typescript, Go, Rust, and Postgres.
• Interest in rollups and their potential to scale Ethereum.
