As an Engineer of Solutions Engineering at RXO, you will use your engineering and consulting skills to deliver projects, manage proposals and oversee engineering/consulting processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing internal data to identify customer and carrier performance and trends, providing value propositions by identifying opportunities through rigorous data collection and analysis, and crafting marketable solutions for clients. You will also identify, propose, and deliver key initiatives that improve the client's supply chain operations and drive efficiency into the team's internal processes. Additionally, you will develop and deliver productivity and engineered solutions for the account and contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures.
