About the position

The Technology Solutions Engineer at TRPG will play a crucial role in developing and implementing software solutions that enhance the organization's systems architecture. This position requires collaboration with the technology team to ensure optimal performance and the integration of innovative software solutions, focusing on both front-end and back-end applications. The role is designed for proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and integrate front-end and back-end applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to understand the designed technical architecture and ensure optimal performance during implementation.
  • Provide hands-on support to Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with current and emerging technologies to optimize the software development and implementation process.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with current technical solutions during development and implementation.
  • Assess the business impact of technical choices during software development and recommend adjustments based on these assessments.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with organization leaders and the technology team to identify problems and develop innovative software solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Solution Engineer, Full Stack Software Engineer, or similar role.
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages and their applications, Web Application frameworks, and low or no-code services.
  • Working knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Efficient communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills focused on implementing designed application architecture and leveraging low or no-code services where appropriate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
