About the position

The Solutions Engineer at Groundlight is a hands-on role focused on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions that leverage natural language processing to enhance computer vision accessibility. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct engagement with customers to ensure that solutions meet their needs and expectations. The role also involves creating content to showcase the capabilities of Groundlight's technologies, thereby educating and inspiring customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with technical excellence and customer objectives.
• Act as a technical consultant, understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable AI strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a key technical liaison between Groundlight AI and its customers, providing insights and feedback to guide product development.
• Develop and curate engaging content that demonstrates the capabilities of Groundlight's technologies, including writing blog posts and creating example applications.
• Engage in customer calls, delivering technical expertise and demonstrating the customization of Groundlight AI's solutions for unique scenarios.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience excluding internships.
• Proven track record in AI or software development projects with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to think strategically about customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for customers.
