About the position

The Solutions Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring that solutions meet their needs and are implemented effectively. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, understanding customer requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
  • Design and implement customized solutions based on client needs and specifications.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
  • Work closely with product development teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or solutions engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of software development and integration processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
