Additionally, the Solutions Engineer will configure, customize, and deploy technical solutions using company products, APIs, and third-party integrations. They will present solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to illustrate functionality and confirm solution viability. Working with software development teams, the Solutions Engineer will ensure seamless integration of customizations and enhancements, acting as a technical advisor and subject matter expert throughout the solution lifecycle. The role also involves leading technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives to help customers maximize their solution's value. The Solutions Engineer will diagnose technical issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challenges. Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices is essential to continuously improve solution offerings. Understanding market dynamics in data collaboration and ad tech/mar tech sectors will further enhance the Solutions Engineer's effectiveness.
