About the position

The Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions that address our customers' needs and drive business growth. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and software development. The Solutions Engineer will leverage their technical expertise to understand customer requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration. In this role, the Solutions Engineer will partner closely with sales and product management to grasp customer requirements and align business objectives. They will craft tailored technical solutions that address customer needs while reflecting the company's capabilities and product offerings. The Solutions Engineer will also create comprehensive solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation to clearly convey design specifications and requirements. Additionally, the Solutions Engineer will configure, customize, and deploy technical solutions using company products, APIs, and third-party integrations. They will present solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to illustrate functionality and confirm solution viability. Working with software development teams, the Solutions Engineer will ensure seamless integration of customizations and enhancements, acting as a technical advisor and subject matter expert throughout the solution lifecycle. The role also involves leading technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives to help customers maximize their solution's value. The Solutions Engineer will diagnose technical issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challenges. Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices is essential to continuously improve solution offerings. Understanding market dynamics in data collaboration and ad tech/mar tech sectors will further enhance the Solutions Engineer's effectiveness. Finally, providing feedback to product management and development teams will influence roadmap prioritization and feature enhancements, while contributing to the creation and documentation of internal processes, tools, and methodologies will enhance solution delivery and support.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with sales and product management to grasp customer requirements and align business objectives.
  • Craft tailored technical solutions that address customer needs and reflect company capabilities and product offerings.
  • Create comprehensive solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation to clearly convey design specifications and requirements.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy technical solutions using company products, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Present solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to illustrate functionality and confirm solution viability.
  • Work with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of customizations and enhancements.
  • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, offering guidance and support throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives to help customers maximize their solution's value.
  • Diagnose technical issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challenges.
  • Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solution offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecting, technical account management, sales engineering, integration consulting or related work experience in a technical client-facing role
  • Expert knowledge in the field of data-driven marketing and ad tech
  • Strong knowledge of data management practices within cloud infrastructure platforms, DMPs, SSPs, CDPs, CRMs
  • Experience leading sales and post-sale Solutions projects, including technical scoping and implementation
  • Ability to creatively solution to resolve customer challenges based on technical understanding of InfoSum platform & best practices
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities and projects can change quickly
  • Experience with SQL and working knowledge of cookies/sessions, and REST APIs is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits

  • $120,000-150,000 base salary (based on experience)
  • 25 days paid time off (PTO) per year, accrued at 2.1 days a month.
