About the position

The Solutions Engineering Manager for Select & Territory at Verkada is responsible for leading and developing high-performing Solutions Engineering teams. Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead inclusive, engaged, and high performing Select & Territory Solutions Engineering teams
• Act as a technical coach, mentor, and problem solver for technical escalations
• Identify gaps and take ownership to build out programs and processes for the SE team
• Work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments
• Develop and grow the team's skillset through coaching, mentoring, and enablement

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership success as a technical presales Manager for the last 3+ years
• Experience working at a cloud and network infrastructure focused company with hardware/software exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Security or similar
• Proven track record in leading high performing sales engineering teams
• Experience building and scaling technical pre-sales teams
• Based full-time onsite in St. Petersburg office
