About the position

As a Solutions Engineering Manager at Capital Group, you will lead a team focused on intelligent automation technologies to enhance the Digital Workforce. Your role involves evolving the vision for automation, leveraging Artificial Intelligence to gain competitive advantages, and overseeing the design, build, and support of process automations. You will also connect with industry peers to drive a roadmap for new automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in designing, building, and supporting process automations.
• Drive the technical solution delivery of software-based process automations using custom-built or commercial tools.
• Evolve the vision of the Digital Workforce and its competitive advantages through automation technologies.
• Connect with industry peers to develop a roadmap for new automation capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related experience.
• At least 10 years of solution delivery experience and software applications development.
• General knowledge of solution lifecycle management (SLM) tools and continuous delivery methods including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Agile practices.
• At least 3 years of technical delivery experience in Digital Transformation initiatives, Business Process Management, Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Document Processing, Machine Learning, or GenAi.
• At least 3 years of people management experience providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Practical knowledge of tools and best practices for implementing process automation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) solutions such as Appian.
