About the position

As a Solutions Lead at Summation, you will champion customer success by managing deployments and serving as the primary contact for clients. Your role involves building financial and operational models tailored to customer needs, synthesizing insights to inform product development, and ensuring effective use of the platform to address unique business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Be the advocate and champion for our customers, deeply understanding their needs and owning the success of their journey with Summation.
• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to design, implement, and deploy tailored solutions that meet customer-specific financial planning and analytics requirements.
• Lead complex projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with customer objectives and business needs.
• Act as a liaison between customers and Summation's Product & Technology teams, synthesizing insights from customer interactions to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance systems, operations, or a related area, ideally with a focus on delivering complex financial or operational projects.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, operational processes, and data analytics, with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working in a customer-facing or advisory role, preferably in enterprise software, consulting, or technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering impactful business solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for understanding and solving complex business challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
