Join the Systems, Application and Products (SAP) HR and Payroll Systems Team to perform SAP Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape as necessary. This role involves providing technical support for the SAP Payroll system by designing, configuring, and implementing functionality for SAP US Payroll processes. You will collaborate with the client/business to perform requirement gathering and documentation, ensuring that all business needs are accurately captured and addressed. In this position, you will develop design documents such as functional specifications related to SAP US Payroll. Partnering with technology teams is crucial to ensure that business requirements are developed, validated, and that system development goals are achieved. You will work closely with developers to design RICEF's (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms), perform unit and functional testing, and collaborate with business partners to reach consensus on testing outcomes. Additionally, you will project manage small and medium-sized projects to ensure they are successfully delivered on time and within budget. Regular system maintenance tasks will also be part of your responsibilities, including the implementation of support packs, enhancement packs, BSI, and payroll year-end activities. You will analyze and provide solutions for SAP PY development activities in support of business requests to improve or add functionality to the existing SAP PY landscape. Troubleshooting and overseeing complex interfaces to downstream benefits systems will also be a key aspect of your role.
