About the position

Reworld is seeking a dynamic Solutions Sales Manager to drive growth in sustainable environmental solutions. This role focuses on expanding business with Fortune 1000 customers by providing innovative waste management solutions, including Waste-to-Energy and Wastewater Treatment. The ideal candidate will have strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in sales and account management within the industrial waste management sector.

Responsibilities

  • Grow New Business by attracting large and high-profile prospects.
  • Provide solutions for industrial prospects.
  • Act as a 'player coach' managing 3-4 Solutions Sales Managers to accelerate sales.
  • Identify business opportunities by qualifying prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Manage all steps of the RFP process.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's services and pricing structures.
  • Utilize Reworld's CRM database to document activities such as calls, meetings, and proposals.
  • Meet regularly with the Sales Director to review sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Forecast and oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget process for assigned accounts.
  • Follow established protocols regarding contracts, credit, pricing, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in sales and account management in the Industrial Waste Management or Waste to Energy industry.
  • Proven track record of growing a business.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate the needs of the waste approval and facility operations processes to clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to convey the Reworld value proposition across all client levels.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and technical industry.
