About the position
The Solutions Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing consolidated deliveries, forward stocking, and supplier relations with third-party providers. This role focuses on ensuring timely and complete deliveries, particularly with the Symphony Suite, to enhance customer experience and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment availability and Solution deliveries.
- Manage the forward stocking program for Solutions, including inventory management and audit readiness.
- Oversee supplier interactions and logistics partners, ensuring quick-turn order fulfillment.
- Ensure warehouse and 3PL activities meet demands, regulations, and provide competitive costs and speed.
- Establish a responsive supply chain through strategy-driven processes and effective materials management.
- Drive supply chain transformation with digital capabilities and data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Project Management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage activities in partnership with a broad, cross-functional team
- Process improvement and Lean experience
