About the position

The Song Sales Capture Senior Manager at Accenture is responsible for driving new revenue opportunities by collaborating with client account teams and sales leaders. This role focuses on originating and selling large-scale digital solutions across various industries, particularly in Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, and Natural Resources. The position requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to develop strategies that create value through innovative solutions. The manager will also lead client assessments and present findings to executive stakeholders, ensuring that Accenture's client value is delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client account teams and sales leaders to originate, qualify, shape, and close new opportunities.
  • Act as a thought-leader in industry and customer-related challenges, trends, and solutions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to become a trusted advisor.
  • Lead teams through analyses to identify opportunities for value creation and develop corresponding business cases.
  • Conduct client assessments during strategy engagements and present key findings at the executive level.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in professional services, including originating and selling large-scale digital solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Minimum of 10 years of client-facing experience with a proven track record as a proactive, independent achiever.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and/or delivery of customer-related services such as marketing, sales, commerce, service, or innovation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Comfortable carrying a $15M quota.
  • Experience as the first chair on selling services deals in excess of $10M.
  • Previous experience closing $10M+ deals involving significant process change or technology implementations in marketing, sales, or customer success.
  • Core sales consulting skills including facilitation of executive and digital leadership workshops, client interviews, and running end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Detailed understanding of the MarTech stack.
