About the position

As a General Manager at Sonic Drive-In, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
  • Direct drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards
  • Adhere to employee handbook, policies, and practices
  • Prepare work schedules and monitor staffing levels
  • Maintain inventory levels and place orders
  • Complete employment-related and payroll records
  • Focus on customer service and resolve guest requests promptly
  • Hire and train restaurant crew and management team members
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
