About the position

The Sonoran Roots Brand Ambassador is responsible for educating the Arizona Cannabis community about the company's products and brands. This role involves building awareness of marketing promotions, generating interest in products, and creating a positive brand image. Brand Ambassadors must be enthusiastic advocates for the cannabis movement and are expected to participate in various events while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Educate the Arizona Cannabis community about Sonoran Roots and its brands.
• Build awareness of upcoming marketing promotions and generate interest in products.
• Create a positive image for the brand within the cannabis community.
• Understand and enforce AZ Department of Health Services rules and compliance standards.
• Participate in 5-10 events per month and bring new opportunities to team leads.
• Safely and compliantly handle and distribute cannabis products in public places.
• Arrive on time for scheduled events and assist in maintaining a professional environment.
• Take inventory of products before events and manage unused product storage.
• Complete event checklists efficiently and report back to the marketing team after events.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
• Reliable attendance and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
