About the position

The Sound Engineer at Harvest Church is responsible for managing the sound quality during worship experiences and events. This includes front of house mixing, monitor mixing, live broadcast digital sound stream mixing, and digital message recording. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to various event needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house sound mixing during worship experiences and events.
• Handle monitor mixing for performers and speakers.
• Oversee live broadcast digital sound stream mixing.
• Record digital messages as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in sound engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency with digital sound mixing equipment and software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with live event production.
• Experience in a church or worship setting.
