About the position

We are seeking a sound technician for a rock cover band that has monthly gigs scheduled. The role involves running the sound board during performances, primarily using the Mackie/Master Fader app with an iPad. The gigs typically last for three hours and are located in the Merrimack Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Run the sound board during live performances.
• Set up and test sound equipment before gigs.
• Ensure optimal sound quality during performances.
• Collaborate with band members to meet sound requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with sound mixing and live sound production.
• Familiarity with Mackie sound equipment and Master Fader app.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially during gigs.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working with rock bands.
• Knowledge of audio engineering principles.
