About the position

The Source Water Protection Program Manager at American Water Enterprises is responsible for overseeing the State source water protection program, ensuring effective collaboration between various teams including Engineering, Water Quality, and Environmental Management. Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Water Quality and Environmental issues related to Source Water Protection.
• Assess the probability of significant risks to human health and the environment from chemicals and processes.
• Evaluate hazards and determine proper disposal and management methods.
• Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, and engineers on environmental concerns.
• Provide technical support for environmental remediation and litigation projects.
• Monitor progress of environmental improvement programs.
