About the position

As a Sourcer in the E-commerce Talent Acquisition team at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's hiring efforts by managing sourcing strategies for key E-commerce talents. This position involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance the recruiting process and ensure a welcoming interview experience for candidates. This is a 12-month temporary assignment, pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing strategy for key E-commerce talents, such as Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Operations, at all levels.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency.
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums.

Nice-to-haves

  • E-commerce/Non-technical sourcing experience is preferred.
