About the position

The Technical Sourcer at TikTok will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the U.S. markets by managing the sourcing strategy for key technical talent. This position involves collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, building innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a welcoming interview experience for candidates. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent at all levels
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
• Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques)

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details)
• Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums
