About the position

As a Technical Sourcer at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring efforts as we expand our organization. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance the recruiting process and improve efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the sourcing strategy for key technical roles at all levels, ensuring that we attract the best candidates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing sourcing initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline. This includes utilizing various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other alternative search techniques to identify and engage potential candidates. You will also serve as an advocate for TikTok, providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate, thereby enhancing our employer brand. Your ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks will be essential as you navigate the dynamic nature of our work environment. You will need to demonstrate great verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Manage the sourcing strategy for key technical talent at all levels
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details)
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums
