About the position

The Sourcing and Strategy Manager for Talent Acquisition at CACI is responsible for developing and optimizing strategic sourcing strategies to attract top talent, particularly in the government contracting sector. This role involves leading a team of sourcers, utilizing data insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the recruitment process. The position is remote but requires proximity to the CACI Reston, Virginia headquarters for occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and evolve strategic sourcing strategies while maintaining a talent pipeline to meet hiring goals.
  • Gather and maintain market research on industries and skill sets to advise stakeholders on the talent market landscape.
  • Act as a thought leader to challenge teams, elevate performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of government contracting and recruiting for roles requiring various government clearances.
  • Establish new relationships within the organization to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Implement a dynamic sourcing vision and translate it into actionable plans for the sourcing team.
  • Maintain and improve processes to position the team as trusted advisors across the recruiting enterprise.
  • Lead a high-performing sourcing team to attract and engage passive talent through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality work on deadlines while navigating shifting customer requirements.
  • Instill a data-driven approach to promote visibility and collaboration within the team.
  • Communicate and present success metrics to leadership and generate reports.
  • Experiment with new technologies to drive business decisions with data.
  • Maintain data integrity using CRM and ATS systems.
  • Travel occasionally for hiring events and recruitment-related activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive sourcing experience, including leading and developing direct reports.
  • Substantial experience in government contracting supporting roles with various clearances.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Phenom or similar CRM software is ideal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results through process development and governance oversight.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated mastery in building and maintaining interpersonal relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to execute sourcing strategies and track metrics to quantify results.
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods and data.
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality candidate pipelines under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a sense of personal accountability.
