About the position

The Sourcing Manager for Production Supplies at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for leading strategic sourcing activities for categories related to production supplies, managing an estimated annual spend of $25-$30 million. This role focuses on developing cost reduction strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with corporate sustainability and regulatory efforts. The position requires collaboration with key stakeholders and suppliers to enhance procurement processes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic sourcing activities for Production Supplies categories.
• Develop effective cost reduction strategies and implementation plans.
• Create an environment of strategic collaboration with suppliers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for sourcing.
• Conduct industry deep dive analysis to provide proactive category insights.
• Develop and execute category strategies in conjunction with key business partners.
• Define best-in-class sourcing procurement processes utilizing Ariba.
• Develop and foster long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Environmental Sustainability and Regulatory efforts.
• Execute legal contracting and contract administration in Ariba as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related area from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of Strategic Procurement experience in complex Manufacturing/Supply Chain organizations.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP/Ariba or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint.
